• 03Report an issue: flag a bug from inside the app, right where it happened.

We stay with it until it is sorted

Getting a reply is not the same as getting a resolution. We stay with your question until it is actually handled, and when something turns out to be a real bug or a missing piece, it goes to the people who can fix it rather than getting closed and forgotten.
